Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that during high volume periods or holidays, processing time may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Rates and Estimates We offer free shipping for orders over €120. For orders under €120, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Since we ship from our global logistics centers to ensure the best prices for our customers, shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location.

Please note that these are estimates. While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to potential carrier delays or customs processing.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sunrosa105@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Raremi is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Note for EU Customers: For most orders under €150, VAT is typically collected at checkout (IOSS). However, local customs authorities may still apply import regulations depending on your country.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier.
If the package is lost during transit (before reaching the destination address), please contact us at sunrosa105@gmail.com, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
